We have a rigorous recruitment procedure because we understand how important it is to send the right people into your home. St. Alphonsa has a dedicated in-house team of workplace trainers. Our care workers receive extensive training and ongoing support to ensure a high level of service.

matching the right support staff with you and your interests as part of
your Support Plan. This process considers aspects such as cultural
